- Send an e-mail to returns@jaglites.com to obtain an authorization number.
- Package the item along with a completed return form in a box.
- Follow the instructions on the return form and ship the box back to JAG Lites.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason simply follow the return instructions below.
We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer.
JAG Lites Corp, will
issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 30 days of
purchase date on invoice.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with
all parts, packing and instructions. Original freight charges are
non-refundable. Products returned after 30 days from invoice date or without an RMA number will be refused.
- ORIGINAL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- Customers
are responsible for return shipping of the product to JAG Lites Corp. In
order to track your return, please ship via UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company that provides package tracking.
- Returns will be processed the day they are received.
- Returns must be packaged securely and insured, refunds will not be issued for items damaged on the return shipment.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging
including all original hardware, instructions and materials. Any items showing
wear, damage, modification, or installation (including scratches,
dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
JAG Lites Corp. will replace any defective product that is returned within 30 days of purchase date on invoice.
RETURN SHIPPING:
JAG Lites Corp, will ship the replacement item back to you as soon as the defective item is received by us.
You pay for the freight back to JAG Lites Corp. and JAG Lites Corp. will pay for the freight back to you.
Items returned without a return authorization number on the outside of the box may be refused.
Please note any warranty issues with a product
after the initial 30 days must be returned to the manufacturer. JAG Lites Corp. will be happy to assist you in returning
the item to the manufacturer.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order on this site you agree to release JAG Lites Corp. from
any and all liability associated with the use of the equipment
purchased. In addition, you release JAG Lites Corp. for any and all
liability for the for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience,
property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of
warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability
or otherwise.
International orders are sold "as is" and warranties are not covered beyond the boundaries of the 50 U.S. states.

JAG Lites Corp. will not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used or returned in a non re-saleable condition.
